SWATCH WATCHES
At ICED Media, I was the social media copywriter and community manager for Swatch Watches US. My responsibilities included daily supervision and management of their Facebook and Twitter. I also shared monthly and weekly highlights and milestones with the Account Manager. I prepared weekly and monthly reports utilizing analytic tools such as TweetReach and Facebook Insights.
The monthly content calendars I created for the client included organic daily messaging, branded content, campaign pushes, and more. I promoted a lot of exciting artists collaboration including Fafi, Jeremy Scott, Moby, and more. I capitalized on real-time engagement with followers by participating in dialogue around popular hashtags, trending topics, and current events relevant to the Swatch US audience.
